The 45-year-old has demanded that his players concentrate on the league game and put their European adventures out of their minds
Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has urged his players to focus on this weekend's Bundesliga encounter versus Nurnberg rather than think about their upcoming Champions League campaign.
The German champions were paired with Real Madrid, Manchester City and Ajax during Thursday's draw in Monaco, but Klopp has insisted that their focus should lie on the Nurnberg clash for now.
"It is an incredibly tough yet incredibly attractive group," the BVB coach stated at a press conference.
"However, Nurnberg were and still are the dominant issue this week. They are, unfortunately, on a roll."
Borussia Dortmund recorded a 2-1 win over Werder Bremen on matchday 1, while Nurnberg beat Hamburg 1-0 last week.
The previous Bundesliga encounter between both sides ended in a 2-0 win for the reigning champions.
Saturday's match in Nurnberg is scheduled to kick off at 15:30CET.
