Gotze to make comeback against Bayern Munich - report

The Germany international has spent the past few weeks on the sidelines due to injury, but is on his way back and could return to match action versus the Bavarians
Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has received some encouraging news from the treatment table as attacking midfielder Mario Gotze is nearing full fitness again and could make his comeback from injury in the Bundesliga match against Bayern Munich on April 11, TZ reports.

The 19-year-old sustained a hip injury in January and has since been out of action for the league leaders ever since.

Nevertheless, Gotze returned to the training pitch on Monday and BVB are hopeful that he will return to match action in the not too distant future.

"We will slowly increase the intensity of his individual exercises to ensure that he will soon resume squad training again. If everything goes according to schedule, he will be available again pretty soon," Dortmund director Zorc said to TZ.

Gotze has so far made 14 Bundesliga appearances in 2011-12, scoring five goals and grabbing five assists in the process.
