thumbnail Hello,

Days after his transfer to BVB was confirmed, a rumour has emerged that the 22-year-old could be on the move in 2014 for a fixed fee due to a part of his new contract

Soon-to-be Borussia Dortmund attacker Marco Reus has yet to leave his current club Borussia Monchengladbach, but rumours are already circulating over his post-BVB future.

The Germany international recently confirmed his summer transfer to the Bundesliga champions, having put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will expire in 2017. However, according to a report from Express, Reus could leave the Ruhr area for €30 million in 2014, when a buy-out clause takes effect.

The versatile attacker's move from Gladbach to BVB was made possible by a similar agreement, worth
€17.5m. Dortmund will be able to make a profit on his sale, but will be unable to block a move should the €30m valuation be met.

Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Real Madrid were reportedly interested in Reus in the months leading up to his transfer to Dortmund. In 18 appearances in all competitions this season, the player has scored 13 goals and provided five assists.
