The 26-year-old Germany international will consider his future options during the winter transfer window, and a move to Serie A is one of them
On Tuesday Il Corriere dello Sport claimed Lazio were looking to sign the Germany international as a strike partner for Miroslav Klose.
Podolski's deal in Germany expires in 2013, but the striker recently claimed he could choose to leave over pay issues.
Schramm has wasted no time in reacting to the report in Italy, and said his client would consider options.
"Lukas to Lazio? We will see what happens in January. Speaking to the player [about a Lazio move], he has showed an interest," the agent told Cittaceleste.it.
"But, for now it's a little early to speak about the market."
Podolski has been impressive in the 2011-12 campaign and has already scored nine goals this season.
