The news comes as a major blow to the Croatia international, who had returned to training only last month after an eight-month injury lay-off.
Olic scored Bayern's fifth goal with a header in Saturday's clash but picked up the injury as he collided with Jeffrey Bruma while doing so.
"This is a disaster, I was so happy to be finally able to play again, but this is sports," he told Bayern's official website.
The striker, who has been at the Allianz Arena since 2009, came on as a substitute in Bayern's 1-0 win at Wolfsburg on 14 August in what was his first appearance for the club since sustaining a knee injury in January.
