Champions League hopefuls Schalke completed the signing of prolific hitman Klaas-Jan Huntelaar from Milan on the last day of the summer transfer deadline, but the Dutch international wasn't presented to the press until Wednesday due to the international break.

Huntelaar wasn't afraid to express his ambitions during the press conference and revealed that he's eager to win silverware again with the Koenigsblauen.

"It's my objective to make sure Schalke are successful again. It's a huge challenge for me to help the club to the Bundesliga title again after years without winning any titles," Huntelaar was quoted as saying by reporters.

"However, I don't want to be too optimistic right now. We have yet to collect our first point of the season after two games. The season has only just begun though and lots of things can still happen."

The former Ajax and Real Madrid striker also took the time to discuss his personal ambitions.

"I want to score a lot of goals this season. I'd be more than happy if I manage to equal the number on the back of my jersey," referred Huntelaar to his shirt with the No.25.
