Gerald Asamoah is looking forward to making his long-awaited debut for St Pauli in the Hamburg derby.

"My goal is the derby," the 31-year old told Hamburger Morgenpost. "It's all going well."
Asamoah joined the popular club after an 11-year stay at Schalke. The long-awaited return of the derby between St Pauli and local rivals Hamburg comes on September 19.
