Bulgaria and Borussia Dortmund forward Dimitar Rangelov has joined Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv on loan, the German club announced on its official website.
The 27-year-old joined Dortmund last year from Energie Cottbus, but struggled for playing time and became surplus to requirements when Robert Lewandowski joined the Ruhr side this summer.
The move comes a week after transfer season ended in Germany, but was allowed beacuse Israel's transfer window only closes at tonight at midnight, local time.
