Bayer Leverkusen After Bayern Munich Starlet Breno - Report

The Werkself are reportedly keen on luring Breno to Leverkusen in January...

Uefa-Cup: Bayern Munich: Lucio & Breno (firo)
German powerhouse Bayern Munich recently stated that they're ready to send young defender Breno out on loan and league rivals Bayer Leverkusen would be more than happy to add the Brazilian centre back to their squad, according to Kicker.

The German sports paper claims that Bayer coach Jupp Heynckes is a keen admirer of the towering defender and the Werkself are expected to make a move for Breno in the January transfer window.

Breno wouldn't be the first Bayern youngster to make the move from Munich to Leverkusen on a loan deal. Young playmaker Toni Kroos also represents the Werkself on a temporary basis.

However, it's not yet sure whether Bayern are willing to farm Breno out to Bayer. The Leverkusen side are one of Bayern's biggest rivals in the race for the Bundesliga title and the Bavarians appear reluctant to strengthen of one their title rivals.
