Marcelo Moreno Heading For Werder Bremen Exit - Report
The promising attacker could be on his way out Werder already...
According to a report in Bild, Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen are far from satisfied with the performances of young attacker Marcelo Moreno and they're considering terminating the striker's loan deal.
The Bolivian international joined the Hanseaten on a one-year loan deal from UEFA Cup holders Shakhtar Donetsk last summer, but Moreno has failed to make an impact so far.
"It's clear that things aren't going as we expected when we signed Moreno. However, we've loaned him for one year. We'd have to speak with Shakhtar Donetsk first if we are to terminate his loan deal," said technical director Klaus Allofs.
The 22-year-old has yet to score a Bundesliga goal, but he impressed during Werder's 4-1 Europa League victory against Nacional, where he scored once and made another.
