Bayern Munich Winger Arjen Robben Returns To Training Action
The Dutch international is on his way back after a knee injury...
Bayern Munich head coach Louis van Gaal has received some promising news from the treatment table in the build-up toward this weekend's Bundesliga clash against Borussia Moenchengladbach.
Highly rated winger Arjen Robben has returned to training action after a spell on the sidelines due to a knee injury and the Dutch international could be match fit in time for Friday's game.
The tricky attacker joined Bayern from Real Madrid last summer, but a string of injuries have prevented Robben from making an impact at FCB so far.
Meanwhile, French attacker Franck Ribery's rehabilitation is going as planned, too. The gifted winger has returned to individual training action and could possible take part in the crucial Champions League game against Juventus on 8 December.
