Ambitious Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart were dealt yet another blow when they locked horns with Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday. The Schwaben were never really able to threaten Bayern and were eventually beaten 4-0.

Head coach Markus Babbel saw his men stumbling and was far from satisfied with Stuttgart's performance against the league's table toppers.

"I wasn't expecting a team display like that. That was absolutely disappointing, particularly the manner in which we lost the match," started Babbel in the after match press conference.

"We conceded simple goals caused by lapses in concentration. That I just cannot understand.

"We lost against a very good team, but when I look at the goals we conceded I am simply disappointed."

Stuttgart are battling against relegation after fourteen rounds of Bundesliga action and sit seventeenth in the table with only eleven points.
