Stuttgart Have A Lot Of Potential - Aliaksandr Hleb
The Barcelona-owned player has revealed the motive behind his move to the Bundesliga side...
Hleb has signed for Stuttgart on a one-year loan deal after a season at the Camp Nou in which he rarely featured as a starter.
The Belarus international had the opportunity to be loaned to Inter Milan as part of the swap deal between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Samuel Eto'o, but it is believed he turned down the offer as he would not be guaranteed regular first-team action.
Hleb has now explained why he chose to return to the Mercedes-Benz Arena, where he spent five years before signing for Arsenal.
"I decided to join Stuttgart because the team have a lot of potential and I am convinced that together we can succeed," he said.
