According to Hamburger Abendblattes, the two clubs have finally reached an agreement and Berg's transfer to Hamburg could be completed in the next few hours.
It is believed that the signing of Berg, who has already agreed personal terms with HSV, will cost the German club a fee in the region of €10 million.
