In an interview with Tunisian newspaper Assabah, Carthage Eagles forward Amine Chermiti recently indicated that his club coach at Hertha Berlin, Lucien Favre, is interested in as many as four footballers from the North African country.

“They are Aymen Balbouli, Youssef Mskani, Oussemma Darragi, and Ammar Jemal. The coming weeks will tell us more about the intentions of my club,” he explained.

It is unlikely that Hertha Berlin are seeking to sign all of them but the news is encouraging for the players who represent some of the finest talent at their respective positions that Tunisia have to offer at the moment.

The player who is of particular interest at the moment is Darragi who had a fantastic three title season with Esperance Sportive de Tunis before recently becoming the undisputed playmaker of the national team under Humberto Coelho.

If the German Bundesliga side does in fact seek to sign him, they will have to make a very interesting financial offer given that the 'Blood and Gold' outfit are counting on the player during their upcoming CAF Champions League run.
