Reports in France claim the midfielder would be willing to leave Paris Saint-Germain and the Blues are keen to replace Nemanja Matic and the departed Ramires
Chelsea are planning a financial package worth £39 million to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi, according to The Sun.
The Blues have been tracking the France international all season and believe they will be able to tempt the Ligue 1 leaders to sell in the summer.
With Ramires having already left for China and doubts over Nemanja Matic's future, the Stamford Bridge outfit are keen to bolster their midfield options.
And Matuidi is seen as the perfect man to fill the void, with reports in France claiming he would be willing to leave the Parc des Princes.
