The Arsenal midfielder is said to be excited by the prospect of joining up with the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, but the Catalan club will have to bid around £50 million
Barcelona have targeted a move for Aaron Ramsey and are confident of signing the Arsenal midfielder this summer, the Daily Express claim.
The report states that the Catalan giants have earmarked the Wales international as one of their top summer targets, and subsequently scouted the 25-year-old during the Gunners' 3-3 draw with Liverpool in midweek.
Barca attempted to acquire Ramsey's signature last summer, but saw their overtures rejected by Arsene Wenger, though the Express claim that he will be allowed to leave for Camp Nou should an acceptable bid be tabled at the end of this season.
Ramsey is understood to be valued at around £50 million by Arsenal, although it is believed that nothing will be finalised until after this summer's European Championships, with Wales set to compete for the first time since 1958.
