The promising Indonesian striker confirmed he would join the Belgian club after spending almost a year of his football career with Penarol Under-19's sideBelgian second division club CS Vise have officially announced the signing of Indonesian youngster Syamsir Alam.
CS Vise explained that the 19-year-old striker will join in the club's training at the end of this month, having been released by Uruguayan club Penarol recently.
"The management has announced the arrival of Syamsir Alam, an Indonesian young striker. He will attend the training at the end of December," a Vise statement said.
"Syamsir Alam is considered to be a talented player from Indonesia."
Alam will become the fourth player from Indonesia to join Vise who have owners from the South-East Asian nation.
Previously, Vise have picked up Yericho Christiantoko, Alfin Tuasalamony and Yandi Sofyan Munawar.
In the past, Alam has trialled with several Dutch clubs such as Heerenveen and Vitesse Arnhem. Alam was also became a part of Indonesia Under-19 and U-23 national team recently.
