Jordan confirmed to play warm-up match against Indonesia

Indonesia have finally lined up a warm-up match prior to the 2014 World Cup qualifiers with time growing perilously short.
Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) general secretary Tri Goestoro said in a statement that a friendly against Jordan had been confirmed for Team Garuda, ahead of their World Cup qualifying match in Group E against Iran on September 2.

We are trying to match up with other countries. Until now the only one ready is against Jordan, playing in Amman on August 27, 2011," said Tri.

"We are also communicating intensively with Yemen and Jordan to play in Indonesia. If finally found an agreement, we plan the game will be held in Solo or Malang because SUGBK is being renovated."

In addition to Jordan, the PSSI is also expected to hold a number of trial matches to prepare Team Garuda.
