Brazilian striker is expected to pack his bags and move to the United Arab Emirates following a less than perfect campaign with former German champions
The 32-year-old Brazilian saved his side from relegation to the 2. Bundesliga on the final day of the season, but it seems he will not be around to continue playing in the German top-flight.
Kicker reports Grafite will sign a two-year deal with the UAE club who will pay the Bundesliga outfit €3 million for the transfer.
He helped Wolfsburg win the 2009 title after scoring 28 goals in 25 games under Felix Magath, who returned to the club earlier this year to replace former England boss Steve McClaren in February.
Grafite scored nine league goals last term.
