Suwon Bluewings Coach Yoon Sung-Hyo Wants Asian Champions League Glory
The new Suwon Bluewings coach is full of ambition...
By Stefan Coerts
"We did not get good results in the domestic league in 2001 and 2002 but managed to win the continental title by beating strong Asian rivals. I hope this to happen again this year,” Yoon was quoted as saying by the-afc.com.
“I want to show speedy and beautiful football. It’s an attacking style of play to find spaces with quick passes and movement. I want to bring the players’ creativity out on the field.
“The players lacked motivation before the World Cup break due to straight defeats. I did not have enough time to train the team but I want the players to understand my philosophy. It’s very important to bring their confidence back and build as a team rather than include big names from other clubs."
