Oman revitalized their 2011 Asian Cup qualifying campaign with a 2-1 win over Indonesia in Jakarta and also ensured that the hosts will finish bottom of Group B.

The three points put Oman level with Australia and Kuwait on seven points though the top two will meet later this evening.

Indonesia now have just three points from the five games so far and end their campaign in Australia on March 3.

The visitors took the lead through in-form striker Fawzi Bashir after 32 minutes.

Boaz Solasso equalized on the stroke of half-time to give the fans at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium something to shout about.

Both teams came out at the start of the second half knowing that only a win would keep hopes of Qatar alive and it was Oman who always looked more likely to do just that.

Ismail Suliaman got the all-important goal just seven minutes after the break.
