However, with the situation still at a standstill, the former Chivas USA boss will continue against Brazil, according to the Washington Post.

Bradley's current contract runs through the end of the year, which gives both Bradley and U.S. Soccer plenty of time to consider options. Thus far, Bradley hasn't found a gig in Europe much like the USA hasn't signed a new coach.

During his four-year run as coach, Bradley won the 2007 Gold Cup, finished second in the 2009 Confederations Cup, and qualified for the Round of 16 in the 2010 World Cup.

With many coaches losing their jobs after the World Cup, star attacker Landon Donovan says the discussions over Bradley's future are usual.

"Most coaches that were in the World Cup, their situation is uncertain at this time. It's the way it goes," Donovan said after Wednesday's All-Star game. "I'm sure there was a lot evaluating going on between Sunil [Gulati] and Bob. [They] will make the best decision and whether Bob is here or somewhere else I think Bob has done a great job for us.”

Brazil announced a youthful roster for the friendly, marking a new era under Mano Menezes. Bradley should announce his roster next week.
