The hit-man knows it will not be easy against Cesare Prandelli's men as they also want to bounce back following the 1-0 loss at Cagliari.
"The game on Saturday will be really difficult for us but we have the potential and conviction to come away with a positive result," Pepe told the club's official website.
"We have to and we want to show that the loss against Reggina served as a lesson and we want to get back on track.
"I have faith in the team and I know that we are a united group who has the determination to react well and achieve important objectives."
The Bianconeri are in sixth place in Serie A, one point ahead of their rivals from Tuscany.
Pasquale Marino's men have been flying high this term and they have Champions League football qualification as their number one priority.
