The Atletico Madrid goalkeeper is looking forward to the final weeks of the Primera Division but is taking it game by gameAtletico Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois says his team-mates will all be willing to suffer in the final weeks of the Liga run-in.
Diego Simeone's side will end the weekend on top of the table thanks to a tight 1-0 win over Villarreal at the Vicente Calderon.
The Belgium international is preparing for a tough finish to the season says he will not become distracted by looking too far ahead in the title race.
"We go from game to game," he is quoted as saying by AS.
"From now on we will all suffer because we are at the end of La Liga, but we have to do it."
Courtois also denied that his side had run out of steam after their 1-1 draw against Barcelona at Camp Nou in the Champions League in midweek.
"It was a tough game. We took the lead but then we noticed that we were tired. I don't think we're out of gas but Tuesday's game was very compicated and we saw that today."
