Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are believed to have shortlisted the 22-year-old Algeria international, who netted twice in the 4-2 victory over BATE Borisov in the Champions League on Wednesday.
However, Feghouli insists he only has eyes on staying at his current club and does not believe the ongoing uncertainty surrounding a contract extension should be interpreted as a sign of disloyalty.
"I understand that the fans want to know if I will sign a new contract," he told reporters.
"What I know best is how to play football and off the field I leave things to my agents, who I trust completely. I am very happy here and I want to play for this team as long as possible."
He then went onto comment on his team's poor away form since the start of the Liga campaign, stressing what they must do in order to improve.
"It is true that away from home we are not doing as well as we would like, but we must keep working," he insisted.
"I think it is a mental problem, because we have the quality to beat many teams. We must respect all teams, but on paper Valencia are superior.
"Valladolid will come out at 200 per cent, they will pressure us and will be highly motivated. We must be at our best because there are no easy games in La Liga."
Valencia currently sit ninth in the league table and are preparing for their next fixture at Valladolid on Sunday.
