Carvalho left out of Real Madrid's US tour
The former Portugal international looks set to leave the club after remaining in Spain while the rest of the squad embarked on their pre-season stint in the United States
Ricardo Carvalho's days at Real Madrid appear numbered after the defender did not travel with the rest of the squad as they flew to the United States. The 34-year-old, who started just 10 matches in all competitions for Jose Mourinho's side last season, looks set for an imminent departure from the Bernabeu after failing to report for pre-season training on July 16, and now being left out of their squad for their tour.
Two players who were included in Mourinho's squad despite rumours linking them with moves away from the club, were Kaka and Nuri Sahin.
Both have attracted interest from elsewhere in the current transfer window, with AC Milan reportedly interested in taking Kaka back to San Siro, while the latter is a target for the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.
Madrid, meanwhile, start their tour of the United States with a match against LA Galaxy at The Home Depot Center in California on August 3.
