The former Valencia left-back signed a five-year deal with the Blaugrana earlier in July, and sees nothing but positives at
the Catalan club.
"I want to win titles. I think we are lucky that Barca are so big right now, and playing so well and winning titles. I’m here now and I’ll try to win us even more," the Spain international told the club's official website.
"I think Barca have the best players, have the fans’ favourite playing philosophy and have other things that no other team has.
"Tito [Vilanova] and his team know me perfectly well and know where I play. I don’t think I have to tell them where I can play, they already know."
The 23-year-old was previously a part of Barcelona's youth academy from 1998 until 2005.
