Zubizarreta: Barcelona have not received offers for Pique or Dani Alves

The Blaugrana director has insisted that there have not been any bids made for the defensive duo as the Catalan giants aim to keep their squad together this summer
Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has affirmed that the club has not received any offers for defenders Gerard Pique and Dani Alves.

Pique has been linked with a move away from the Blaugrana following a relatively disappointing 2011-12 campaign, while Dani Alves has reportedly caught the attention of Anzhi Makhachkala.

However, Zubizarreta has stressed that Barcelona have no intention of selling any of their players in the summer transfer window.

"We do not have any players who are available for a transfer, and we have not received any bids for Pique or Dani Alves," Zubizarreta stated to Televisio de Catalunya.

"Ever since I've started in this position, I have received four offers at most for our players."

The 50-year-old Zubizarreta was named sporting director at Barca in the summer of 2010.
