The Catalan giants will host the Primera Division leaders on a Saturday evening later this month as both sides continue to fight for the Spanish league title
The game had initially been scheduled for Sunday April 22, but a definite date had not been set until now, and it has been decided that both sides will meet one day earlier.
It will be the third meeting between the Blaugrana and the Blancos at Camp Nou in the 2011-12 campaign.
Both sides previously met on August 17 in the second leg of the Spanish Supercopa (3-2 win for Barcelona), and on January 25 in the Copa del Rey second leg quarter-final (2-2).
Real Madrid currently hold a four-point lead over Barcelona with seven more games to go.
