The Argentine has been struggling with fitness problems in 2012, but could make his comeback in this weekend's Primera Division encounter against the Pamplona outfitReal Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has received some encouraging news from the treatment room ahead of Saturday's Liga game away against Osasuna as winger Angel Di Maria is set to return from injury after a spell on the sidelines, Marca reports.
The 24-year-old has been out of action since February 18 due to a niggling thigh problem, but recently resumed squad training and is ready to return to match action.
Di Maria could have featured in Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final encounter against APOEL, but Mourinho opted not to risk the Argentine against the Cypriots to avoid aggravating the injury.
Nevertheless, the former Benfica man is now expected to make his comeback this weekend as Mourinho intends to include him in the match squad for Saturday's clash versus Osasuna.
Di Maria is unlikely to feature from the start, but it is believed he will be given a run out at some stage of the game to help him regain match rhythm.
