Barcelona have announced that Isaac Cuenca has agreed to extend his contract with the club.
The 20-year-old forward's existing deal is due to expire at the end of the season and his situation has reportedly attracted the interest of a number of top European clubs, including Premier League trio Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, Barcelona revealed on Friday that Cuenca will sign a new deal with the Catalan outfit on Tuesday which will keep him at Camp Nou until the summer of 2015.
"Who ever would have thought of this a few months ago," the Spain Under-21 international wrote on Twitter. "A player with the best team in the world. The dream starts today."
Cuenca has only made seven Primera Division appearances for Barca's first team this season but has already netted twice.
