The 27-year-old was reportedly close to joining the Rojiblancos last summer and it seems he is not giving up on a 'dream' move just yet

Villarreal midfielder Borja Valero is attempting to force through a transfer to Atletico Madrid, according to AS.
The 27-year-old is reportedly desperate to join Atletico after a move to the Vicente Calderon failed to materialise in the summer.
Valero's release clause stands at €50 million but this has not deterred Atletico president Enrique Cerezo who is a known admirer of the Spaniard.
The report claims that regardless of Valero's immediate wishes, Atleti have made Valero their top transfer target next summer.
New coach Diego Simeone has started his Rojiblancos reign in promising style with four points from his first two games, including an emphatic 3-0 victory over Villarreal on Sunday.
Sporting director Jose Caminero has been working in tandem with the Argentine trainer to secure new players in January.
However, the only potential signing on the agenda is Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago, who is currently on loan at Roma.
