The Spain defender has recovered from a back injury that interrupted his pre-season and is in Jose Mourinho's squad, whilst the Chilean attacker is in line to make his bow
The full-back has been given the green light to feature after successfully recovering from a recurrence of a back problem he picked up during their friendly with Tianjin earlier in the month.
However, no such luck is in the offing for Esteban Granero and new recruits Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop, who will all miss out.
Striker Karim Benzema has enjoyed an impressive pre-season for Real, scoring eight goals during their campaign, and he is in a jubilant mood ahead of the match.
"We have prepared well as a group and we feel we are going to challenge on every front", the former Lyon forward told Fifa.com. "I believe we will have a great season while on a personal front [after two years in Madrid] I now feel like one of the veterans here."
Barcelona are able to name a full-strength squad, in which three new players could be given their Bernabeu debuts, in the form of Alexis Sanchez, Thiago Alcantara and Andreu Fontas.
Victor Valdes has also spoken ahead of the tie in the Spanish capital, and has insisted that his side won't be resting on their laurels following a magnificent season in 2010-11.
"The Super Cup is special regardless of who you play," the 29-year-old said. "We see it as a vital trophy that we want to win. It's the first trophy on offer this season and obviously we want it".
"We can't live off the memories [of last season]. It's time to turn the page, to face new challenges and to raise our sights looking forward."
