Real Sociedad's highly rated winger Antoine Griezmann has stated that Atletico Madrid are a great club, and feels he could progress his career by learning from some of their players.
The youngster, who is currently on international duty for France U20's in Colombia, has been linked with a move to Barcelona, and previously admitted the European champions had spoken to his agent.
The side from the Vicente Calderon are thought to be one of the wide-man's suitors also, and a move to Gregorio Manzano's team is something that may be of interest to the 20-year-old.
"I [have] thought a lot about it. I [have] had time. I [have] chosen but it's my president [that] will decide," he told L'Equipe.
"Atletico are a great club, very popular. I want to grow alongside players like Diego Forlan and Diego Costa," he concluded.
The Vicente Calderon outfit are cash rich following the sale of Sergio Aguero to Manchester City, and will now be eager to add creativity to their attack in advance of La Liga starting on August 28.
