Spanish champions Barcelona have already had a great season in which they won their third consecutive La Liga title and reached the final of the Copa del Rey. Saturday's Champions League final against Manchester United will be the icing on the cake though and the Catalans are determined to win Europe's most prestigious club competition. Goal.com spoke with former Barca star Hristo Stoichkov about the upcoming clash with the Premier League champions.
"It has already been a fantastic season for Barcelona. The whole team has worked very hard. La Liga is one of the hardest leagues to win. In my opinion, the league title is more important than the lost Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid or the Champions League final," Stoichkov said to Goal.com.
"I expect the Champions League final to be an easy match for Barcelona. They approach the game very relaxed and do not have any extra pressure. They know how it is to win the Champions League. However, even if they lose, you cannot say that Barcelona have failed. They have won the league and reached this final. The teams who have not made it to Wembley are the ones who have failed."

The Bulgarian legend then reflected on the controversy following the four Clasicos against Real Madrid and made it clear that he does not care much for things outside of football.
"I try not to see and hear these kinds of things. I really do not care much about all this. Football is a game for those who really love it. Not for the people who always complain about something. Football is a sport for men, not for complaining people. I do not know why the referees are getting so much attention these days. You just have to play football and believe in the honesty of the man in charge."
Stoichkov ended by saying that it is hard to single out one star for Barca as a plethora of players have been very important for the Catalans this term.
"It is very difficult to choose one player as Barcelona's star this season. I think that everyone has been very important for the team. You need to have a good goalkeeper, a good defence, a good coach and passionate fans if you want to win. All in all, you can say that Barcelona are a great club."
