The Portuguese attacker picked up an ankle injury in the opening fixture of the Spanish season against Real Mallorca and was expected to be out for at least three weeks, but could be about to beat the doctors' predictions to feature a week early.
According to AS, Ronaldo is already well into the second half of his recovery and could even take part in a full training session by the end of the week.
