Japanese Fan Transforms House Into Barcelona Shrine
A Barcelona supporter in Japan has customised his house to make it a shrine for his club.
By Subhankar Mondal
Three-year-old Touji Okuzumi and his father are Barca fans, and live in Japan, with the former being a member number 174.816. In January 2010, little Touji became a member of Barca and since then the family has been redesigning their house to make it a shrine for the Catalan giants.
There's a small Camp Nou over the garage and the house is painted in the club's colours. Touji's father became a fan of current Barca coach Pep Guardiola when he watched him play alongside Roberto Baggio at Italian club Brescia. He was particularly impressed with the Catalan's ability to create chances for others.
The Okuzumi family, though, has never been to the Camp Nou to watch their club play.
