Venezuelan teen attracting interest from top clubs...
By Paul Madden
Interest from Barcelona and Sevilla has prompted Segunda Division side Tenerife to offer an improved contract to talented Venezuelan teen Josmar Zambrano.
The 18-year-old attacker currently plays with the Canary Islanders reserve team in the third division but is already attracting interest with the Primera Liga duo reported to be keen to secure his services according to Sport.
Tenerife are understood to be preparing a new, improved deal for Zambrano which would also see his buyout clause doubled from €6 million to €12 million.
At this stage any prospect of an imminent deal for the Venezuela Under 17 international seem distant as the teenager is said to be "very happy" at Tenerife but interest in the dimunitive forward is set to continue.
