The Brazilian hopes that Madrid are able to recover the Liga lead this weekend...In his post-training press conference comments reported by AS, Real Madrid's Kaka, now fully recovered from injury, is confident that this weekend's Liga fixtures will see Real Madrid take the lead in the Liga table.
Commenting on Barcelona's match at Villarreal, Kaka believes the Yellow Submarine have hopes of sinking the Blaugrana's title aspirations.
"Villarreal is playing for a European berth. They are in a favourable position in the table and are going to play a very difficult match; we already know how difficult it is to play there. I do not believe it will be easy for Barcelona."
Having scored in his return from a month-and-a-half long injury, Kaka gave his team the win against Zaragoza at La Romareda last weekend.
"Returning to play 45 days after being out and furthermore having been decisive in the match was something very special."
With both Rafael Van der Vaart and Guti out with injuries, Kaka will likely start the match against Osasuna and the Brazilian warned about the importance of Sunday's match.
"It is a fundamental match for us, a final. Osasuna is seven points from relegation and will give everything they have. They need to win as well and I believe it will be an entertaining match."
As for the Liga title, Kaka assured that "one point of separation [between Barca and Madrid] is very little for a championship race as difficult as La Liga. If we win the four matches we have left, we have a great chance of winning the title."
