Atletico Madrid returned to training today after a lacklustre scoreless draw yesterday against Sporting CP in the Europa League and were greeted with the news that Colombian defender Luis Perea's injury is not as severe as first thought.

The central defender had to be substituted yesterday in the opening minutes of the match after a left-knee injury, but will be available for coach Quique Sanchez Flores in this weekend's match against Osasuna, as reported by Marca.

Jose Manuel Jurado was the only absence in this morning's training session, out with stomach flu.
