Barcelona's Dani Alves Delighted To Return To Action
The Brazilian was back on top form...
By Arjun Miglani
Daniel Alves made his return to action for Barcelona against Malaga, and the Brazilian was thrilled to be back.
Speaking to Sport after the game, Alves said, "I felt as if I had not been away."
"I am always annoyed when I don't play, even if I'm injured. I like playing football more than anything else, and when I can't do that, I don't like anything.
"I made a lot of crosses. It's a shame that none of them were finished.
"This victory makes us stronger."
Alves then reflected on the side's flagging fortunes when he was away, continuing, "It was a coincidence that our form dropped while I was away."
"We were not as good as normal, but that will not happen again."
