Villarreal's Marcos Senna Dejected After Real Madrid Loss

Villarreal were thrashed by Real Madrid at the Bernabeu, and Marcos Senna offered no excuses for the poor performance.Speaking to AS, Senna said, "We did not give a good image, we thought we could equalize when it was 3-2, but they took control."
"There are no excuses, we made mistakes at crucial moments. We were very tired in the second half, but we must congratulate Real Madrid.
"We must analyze things, not give up."
Senna then looked ahead to the UEFA Europa League return leg against Wolfsburg, continuing, "We must now think about the trip to Germany."
"We have the opportunity to win and forget this bad performance."
