Franck Ribery's agent Alain Migliaccio has increased speculation with respect to the Frenchman's future.

Strongly rumoured to be on his way out of Bayern Munich this summer, reports have begun drifting out that Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid will battle for both the Frenchman's services and those of Cesc Fabregas, with it widely accepted that both teams will get one player and not the other.

Accoring to Ribery's agent, the player's future will be decided in March, when a new deal will either be signed or left on the table, and yesterday, in comments to RAC-1, the player's representative spoke of the possibility of joining Barca favourably, declaring that "it would be fantastic to see him playing with Messi".

Reports are coming out of Barcelona that coach Pep Guardiola is a long-time admirer of the Frenchman and, with the departure of Thierry Henry anticipated this summer, he could pursue the Bayern winger to fill the gap in the left side of attack. Guardiola's alternative is to sign Fabregas and move Andres Iniesta to the left side.
