thumbnail Hello,

Barca will have to find another team for their disgruntled Brazilian summer signing...

Having endured a tumultuous first half of the season in Portugal at Benfica, Brazilian striker Keirrison, who is on loan from Barcelona, will no longer be counted on by coach Jorge Jesus. Barca look set to be forced to seek another team for the player to complete his loan spell in a bid for the player to progress in his development, as reported by AS.

Signed as a prolific goalscorer from Brazilian club Palmeiras this past summer for a hefty fee of €14 million, Keirrison has played just one match at Benfica as a starter and has accumulated just 199 minutes in the season over the course of five matches.

The Brazilian, who has stated that he wants to emulate his idol Romario, currently appears to be far from that goal, as he  trains on his own whilst waiting for his future to become certain with just four days left in the winter transfer window...
