The talented 19-year-old arrived from Lanus last week and admitted that the pressure is on already, something he is very comfortable with.
"I am fulfilling a dream by being here," he told AS.
"I've heard things and I've loved this club. Gradually I was getting more and more eager to come. And I'm here to try and score and we can win a title, as is the case in the Copa del Rey. Celta [Vigo] had a great game on Thursday, but I hope we can progress."
"There is so much pressure here but that is something that I like. So that's why I came to play for Atletico."
The Argentinian also said that he is impressed by the Vicente Calderon, which is similar to the stadia in Argentina.
"It's very similar to Argentina. I was very impressed. It will be a pleasure to play with that cheering atmosphere," he noted.
