Barcelona Interested In Mario Bolatti - Agent
Barcelona join a host of clubs interested in the Argentine International...
Barcelona have reportedly joined the race to capture Argentine international Mario Bolatti.
Bolatti, who is wanted by a whole host of clubs following his fine form since joining Huracan on loan from FC Porto one year ago, is said to be high on Barcelona’s priority list, despite numerous reassurances from coach Pep Guardiola that the Catalan outfit are not looking to bring anyone in this winter.
Speaking to Ole, the midfielder’s agent, Jose Maria Carceglia, revealed interest from numerous clubs, including Barca.
"We are considering several options... There have been contacts with Fiorentina, Lazio, Espanyol, Barcelona and several English clubs.”
With Yaya Toure and Seydou Keita leaving the club for the African Cup of Nations this month, Barcelona are said to be desperate to bring in midfield reinforcements and it is thought that Bolatti may be available for around €6 million.
