Florent Sinama Pongolle is set to seal a switch to Sporting Lisbon, after the club agreed a deal with Atletico Madrid.
The French forward has seen limited playing time at the Vicente Calderon, and according to Marca, the Portuguese club have now confirmed the deal, as is already being reported across Portuguese media sources. The transfer fee is set to be around the €6 million mark.
Sinama Pongolle made 32 league appearances for Los Colchoneros, scoring five times.
An official announcement is expected to be made in the near future.
