Los Che continue to tighten their belts as part of their restructuring policy...

Valencia are reportedly set to allow a number of players to leave the Mestalla during the winter transfer window according to Super Deporte.

Los Che have already busied themselves in the transfer market by bringing in Argentine forward Chori Dominguez on a free transfer from Rubin Kazan but it appears that the bulk of their winter activity in the market may see players heading for the exit.

The club are still trying to emerge from a difficult financial situation and it is understood that players that have not featured regularly in the first part of the season will be deemed surplus to requirements an allowed to leave.

Asier del Horno, Manuel Fernandes, Ruben Baraja, Vicente, Jordi Alba, Nikola Zigic and Miku are all mooted as possible movers in the winter window as the club continues it's restructuring.

While the names mentioned may not generate massive transfer sums, culling the salary outlay alone would allow the club some breathing space financially as they look to reestablish themselves as a force in Spanish and European football.
