Atletico Madrid coach Quique Flores was satisfied with a point in what he described as a "very difficult" draw away to Tenerife in the Primera Liga.

The hosts lead after just two minutes through Nino, before Jurado equalised for Los Colchoneros midway through the first half. Nino could could have given Tenerife the lead shortly before the interval but missed from the penalty spot.

"The game was very difficult, but we knew that it would be. They started the game very strong, when we scored we gave them problems," he said afterwards, according to AS.

"The game was played in phases. Tenerife pressured us a lot. The game was very open, as coaches we do not like that but it's attractive to the public.

"I must say that we must be realistic. When our objective becomes a realistic possiblity we will look at it but our reality is that our only target now is the next game. We appreciate the point in this very difficult venue."
